She is also a certified coach and leadership facilitator, with deep expertise in executive coaching, women leadership, first-time manager development, DEI, ethics, and culture change. Beyond SYNQIT, she is the Founder of The SAY Foundation, focused on enabling inclusive livelihoods and opportunities for persons with disabilities.
With over 25 years of experience in Organizational Culture Development and Emotional Intelligence, she has worked with organizations such as GECIS, Intelenet, Serco, and Teleperformance, as well as schools and communities, to help individuals manage stress, cultivate self-awareness, and build meaningful relationships.
She holds certifications in Emotional Intelligence, Executive Coaching, and NLP Foundations, and is known for bringing a rare blend of warmth and structured clarity to every space she holds.
